CERT

CERT provides environmental services from spill clean up to emergency response. They embrace the ideology of the modern day Green Movement; that a solid foundation of the environment is in direct correlation with public policy and individual behavior. This movement is centered on ecology, health and human rights. They reached out in need of a new brand identity that felt clean and fresh, something they know a lot about.

Spills and emergencies can be stressful. CERT wanted the brand identity to feel approachable and welcoming. The design was inspired by the birch tree leaf, found along waterways, inhabiting deep, rich soils throughout the state. The veins of the leaf reflect roadways and the green and blue spaces highlight greenways and bodies of water found in the Carolinas.

CERT has a variety of trucks that serve different purposes. Whether you see one of their vehicles on the road or in your neighborhood, CERT wanted you to feel a sense of calm and assurance that your emergency would be take care of.

At the end of the day, it’s all about relationships. It was great working with this team and I’m thankful for the work that they do throughout Carolinas.
